    Opening hours for the Parish Office: 10.00am – 1.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Eucharistic Adoration on Wednesdays from 10.00am to 10.00pm. All are welcome.

Holy Hour in the Nursing Home chapel on Monday and Friday evenings at 7.30pm. All welcome.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Ronan Cahill (Meadowbank Hill) who died during the week. May he rest in peace.

We welcome Isobel Carroll, Penny Fahy, Meabh & Cait Creagh, James Friswell, Cian Deegan

and Blathnaid Smyth into the Christian community. They were baptised recently.

Standing Orders for August €3,177.25 Many thanks for your continued support and generosity.

Many thanks to all who contributed to the Altar Society church gate collection last weekend which raised €1,149.17. The money raised is used for the upkeep of the altar – flowers, church linen etc.

We welcome the boys and girls who are receiving their Confirmation next March to their first preparation Mass next weekend at the 7.00pm and the 12.15pm Masses where they will present their Confirmation Commitment forms. They will be accompanied by their parents and we ask all in our parish to pray for them in the coming year.

A meeting of the Parish Liturgy Committee will take place on Tuesday next 17th September at 8.00pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre.

Study Pastoral Liturgy. September – December 2019. The National Centre for Liturgy,

St Patrick’s College, Maynooth offers four Modules in the first semester of the academic year 2019-20.   Lectures will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, morning and afternoon, beginning at 10.00 a.m. and ending at 4.00 p.m.  Eucharist is celebrated at 12.05 each day. Anam Cara North Dublin, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding a Parent Evening for bereaved parents on Wednesday 18th September at 7:20pm in the Carnegie Court Hotel, Swords. Open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether their death was recent or not.

LARCC Cancer Support Centre: Multyfarnham is hosting its annual 5km Run / Walk and Family Fun Day on Sunday 15th September at 12 noon. The next Meath Archaeological and Historical Society lecture, 'T. E. Lawrence – his career and Irish connections' by Dr David Murphy (Maynooth University) will take place in St John's Church of Ireland Church, Main St., Clonmellon, Co. Westmeath  at 3 pm, Sunday 15th September. All welcome.

The Irish Cancer Society is looking for volunteers to drive patients to and from their chemotherapy treatments in all public hospitals nationwide.
