Let your Spirit guide our days on earth in the ways of holiness and justice, that we may serve you in union with the whole Church, sure in faith, strong in hope, perfect in love. And when our earthly journey is ended, lead us rejoicing into your kingdom, where you live forever and ever. Amen (Order of Christian Funeral) *************************************** Remember those O Lord who in your peace have died, Yet may not gain love’s high reward, till love is purified. With you they faced death’s night, sealed with your victory sign. Soon may the splendour of your light on them forever shine. For them we humbly pray: perfect then in your love. O may we share eternal day with them in heaven above. ************************************** “We believe that Jesus died and rose again, and that it will be the same for those who have died in Jesus: God will bring them with him” (St. Paul to the Thessalonians) ************************************** “There is one thing I ask of the Lord, for this I long, to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life” (Psalm 26) **************************************** We pray for all the faithful departed, all our family members and relations, all the dead whom we ourselves have known. We pray for all those whose names we have placed on the Parish List of the Dead. May the Lord welcome them to his Kingdom of light, happiness and peace. ********************************************************************************************** Meath Partnership would like to extend an invitation to individuals, community / voluntary groups, businesses / enterprises, new and existing, from across the South East of Meath to attend an Information Workshop on the LEADER Programme 2014 – 2020 at 7:30pm on Tuesday 7th November in The Venue Theatre, Ratoath.
