Many thanks to all who prepared their family plots for Cemetery Sunday and thanks too to those who work in the cemetery throughout the year.  It is great to see the cemetery looking so well.  The collection held on Cemetery Sunday amounted to € 2,280 and will be used for the continuing upkeep of the cemetery. Many thanks to all.
The sick and the house bound will be attended to in their homes on Thursday and Friday.
There will be no 12.15pm Mass on Sunday 17th June due to the closing Mass of the International Eucharistic Congress in Croke Park.

Congratulations to Niamh Daniels (Moulden Bridge), Isabelle Lynch (St. Oliver’s Park) and 
Cian Allen (Leigh Valley) who were baptised recently.
Please pray for David Kavanagh (Mooretown) and  Dermot McMurrough (Dublin) father of 
Brian McMurrough (Meadowbank Hill) who died during the week. May they rest in peace.
A meeting of the Board of Management of Ratoath Junior National School will take place on Tuesday 29th May at 7.30pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre
Work on the painting of the interior of the church will continue for over another week. The weekday morning Masses will take place in the Parish Pastoral Centre at the usual time. The Blessed Sacrament will be reserved in the Centre and Eucharistic Adoration on Wednesdays will be in the Centre.
St Patrick’s College Maynooth Higher Diploma in Theological Studies and Master’s degree in

2 Weeks to go to the International Eucharistic Congress
Do you want to attend the final Mass of the International Eucharistic Congress in Croke Park?  Over 65,000 tickets are already sold. A limited number are on sale on until 4th June 
Do you want to attend any of the days in the RDS? Go to or phone 01-2981122 or you can purchase a ticket at the entrance gate in the RDS
Tickets will also be available after the June Bank Holiday weekend in Centra and Super-Valu. 
Special Events Ticket for the Opening Ceremony on 10 June and the Closing Ceremony on 17 June are now available to purchase together on the Congress registration €40
We encourage parishioners to attend even for a day.
Detailed information concerning the programme and bookings for the Eucharistic Congress on the Congress website: 
People who attended the 1932 Congress are invited to the final Mass in Croke Park on 17th June. They will have free entry to the ceremonies and they should park in Clonliffe by 12 noon. Shuttle buses will take the 1932 people to Croke Park for a free meal before the Mass begins. Contact Sheena at the IEC head office on 01-2071840
The closing Mass for the Eucharistic Congress will be held in Croke Park on Sunday 17th June. 
On that date there will be no 12.15pm Mass in the parish.

Congratulations to Ratoath Florist Jenny Murphy Gold Winner 2012 at the Chelsea Flower Show. Jenny also clinched the sought after title Florist of the Year. A welcome home reception will be held outside the Court House in Dunshaughlin on Monday evening at 5.30pm and everyone is welcome.
