Please pray for Ita Doran (Tankardstown), Michael Eiffe (Curragha Road), Canon John Paddy Battelle (Ballinteer), brother of Laurie Dunne (Growtown), Mary Cox (Athlone) mother of Bernie O’ Connell (Foxbrook) and Patricia Bernie (Kilcullen) sister of Dolores Colgan (Porterstown Lane) who died during the week. May they rest in peace.

A course in Ministry and Evangelisation is being offered by Maryvale Institute (Birmingham) during the coming year. It is a one year course which begins in March and ends in December 2012. It is a distance learning course i.e. students study at home, following a Course book provided by Maryvale. A Study Day will be held in Castlepollard, Co Westmeath on Saturday, March 10th to introduce students to the Course. Further information from 044-9664127/044-9664016/087-2626738. Ratoath Junior National School, Ratoath Senior National School and Ratoath College are delighted and excited that they have in total 7 finalists in the Doddle4google art competition. This is a phenomenal result and opportunity for Ratoath Schools. There is no other place in Ireland who has come anywhere near this achievement. This is a great honour for the children and for our schools. We need you and all your extended family and friends to vote for the children’s entries online There is at least one Ratoath finalist in each category. There is a €10,000 prize to the school for the overall winner.

Eight week programme for Older Adults in Navan starting Monday 6th February in the Pitch and Putt Club at 11am.
