Please pray for Vincent Donnelly (Ballyhack) who died during the week. May he rest in peace.
A Board of Management meeting for Ratoath Junior National School will be held on next Monday 26th at 7.30pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre

The Friends of Ratoath SVP are holding a quiz in the Ratoath Inn on Fri 7th October at 9.00pm. €10 per person in tables of 4. All proceeds from the night will go to the Ratoath SVP.

Ratoath Garden Club: Start of the Season get together on Monday 26th September in the Ratoath Inn at 8.30pm. New members welcome.

An Alzheimer's Information Meeting At Trim Castle Hotel on Wed. 28th at 8.30pm. If you feel you want to know more about Alzheimer's disease, Dementia or are worried about memory loss for you or a family member you may find the evening beneficial. The key speakers on the night will be Dr. Bill Bourke, a consultant physician in geriatric medicine; Elaine Byrne, a solicitor, who will speak on financial and legal matters. Information will be available on the Day Care Services and personnel from the HSE will be in attendance. The meeting is open to all and admission is free. A brochure will be launched on the night giving details of the services available in Co. Meath.

People 4 People: We are a volunteer group based in Ratoath, we offer our time. Time to take you to hospital for an appointment, for a chat, to take you to the post office or shopping, to lend a hand when a new baby arrives. Call 086 0325795. Not an emergency service. 
The Committee of Ratoath Seniors Citizens Group wish to thank all who generously supported their recent Annual Autumn Party night in Tattersalls, it was very much appreciated   
The group will meet next Friday 30th September in the community centre from 11.00am -1.00pm.
Ratoath Bridge Club: Thursday’s in the Ratoath GAA Clubhouse. Play starts at 7.30pm. New members welcome.
Sept 30th is the National Day of Volunteering and The CRAFT COTTAGE, Fairyhouse Road, Ratoath is a centre for the Knit-a-thon. The idea is that people do some knitting for charity. You can, of course, work on your project before or after that date but there is a plan afoot to try for the Guinness Book of Records for the most people knitting, on the day itself, in the various centres nationwide.
