Parish Mission
“Time with God, Time for Me”.
Our Prayer Card: O Dear Lord,
three things I pray: To see thee more clearly,
Love thee more dearly: follow thee more nearly;
Day by Day.
Confirmation: We congratulate all the boys and girls in 6thclass from Ratoath Senior National School and Rathbeggan National School who were confirmed by Bishop Smith on Friday.
Congratulations to Ben O’Hara (Steeplechase Wood), Emilliana Baczkowski (Seagrave Park),
Charlie Turns (Steeplechase Green), Amy Plant (Hollystown Park) and
David Dromey (Jamestown Park) and who were baptised recently.
Please pray for Maire Nic Phaidin (Gortahurk), mother of Mary Redmond (Fairyhouse Road) and for Patrick Kerrigan (late of Belmullet and Leeds) who died during the week. May they rest in peace.
Folk Group: If you have any interest in joining the folk group as a musician, please contact the parish office for details.
A thousand thanks to the many parishioners who left in food for the mission team.

v We welcome the boys and girls from Ratoath Junior National School who will lead the 11.00am and 12.15pm Masses

v All Ministers of the Eucharist are invited to a talk/ presentation in the Parish Resource Centre at 8.30pm.

Preached Mission Begins
Tuesday 20th:
v Morning Mass at 9.45am
v A Holy Hour will take place from 10.00am to 11.00am
“Nurturing our Life on the Word of God”.
v The main ceremony of the day is at 8.00pm on the theme,
“Time for Me” – the need to find time for God in our busy lives.
Wednesday 21st : Ash Wednesday
v Morning Mass at 9.45am with blessing of Ashes.
v A ceremony at 10.30am in Ratoath Manor Nursing Home with the anointing of the sick and distribution of the blessed ashes.
v A ceremony at 2.00pm in Heatherfield Nursing Home with the anointing of the sick and distribution of the blessed ashes
v The main ceremony of the day is at 8.00pm -theme “At one with God”. At this Mass the ashes will be blessed and distributed and there will be opportunity for confessions.
Thursday 22nd:
v Morning Mass at 9.45am
v A Holy Hour will take place from 10.00am to 11.00am
“Nurturing our Life on the Eucharist”
v The main ceremony of the day is at 8.00pm.
The theme is “Time for God” –exploring different ways to pray.
Friday 23rd :
v Morning Mass at 9.45am.
v The Mission team will visit the sick and housebound during the morning.
v The main ceremony of the day is at 8.00pm – theme, “Healed by God” – a healing Mass, healing all the broken areas of our lives.
Preached Mission ends with the weekend Masses, and the theme is “Let us give thanks and praise”.
