The Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy will conclude on Sunday 20th November with the closure of the Holy Door in Rome by Pope Francis. Holy Doors in local churches will close on this Sunday 13th November. Bishop Smith will celebrate the 11.00am Mass on that day in St. Mary's Church, to give thanks for the many graces of this Holy Year.

This week-end we welcome the boys and girls from Sixth Class who are preparing for Confirmation next May. As part of their Confirmation programme they will be accompanied by their parents at either the 7.00pm on Saturday or the 11.00am or 12.15 Mass on Sunday.

Anam Cara, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding its next monthly Parent Evening on Wednesday 16th of November from 19:30 to 21:00 in B.A.S.E, Brackenstown Road, Swords, Co. Dublin. This event is open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether the death was recent or not.

 

 

 

The Miscarriage Association of Ireland will hold it's Annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday the 13th November at 3pm in St Teresa's Church, Donore Avenue, off South Circular Road, Dublin 8.       All parents, siblings, grandparents & anyone affected by the loss of a baby are very welcome to attend
