Envelope Collection for the week ending 24th & 31st October was €2,093.16 and on the week ending 14th November amounted to €2,114.73. Standing Orders for October €5,681.47

This weekend we welcome Bernie McKeown to our parish who will speak on Eucharistic Adoration.

 
 
Parish Liturgy Committee will meet on Monday  22nd at 8.00pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre.
 
A meeting will be held in the Ardboyne Hotel, Navan on Tuesday 23rd November at 8.00pm for parish representatives in preparation for the Eucharistic Congress in 2012. 
The agenda is as follows:

 ·        A presentation of the ideas in preparation for Congress that have been proposed for our diocese.

·        Update from the National scene re preparation for Congress and resources such as banners etc

·        A short presentation by one of the National Congress Pastoral Committee people on ‘Gathering’

·        A consignment of Congress prayer cards and badges for each parish.

·        A special 4 minute DVD          Questions/Comments       and    Final Prayer

 
 

Eucharistic Adoration every Wednesday from 10.00am to 10.00pm in the family room.

An hour of silent prayer in Ratoath Manor Nursing Home every Friday from 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Taize prayer on Wednesday nights of November from 8.30pm to 9.30pm ending with night prayer. All are welcome. We pray for all those on the Parish List of the Dead

 

Meeting of the Board of Management of Rathbeggan National School will be held on Wednesday 24th November at 8.30pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre  

 

A Social Evening will be held in the Parochial House on this Thursday evening (25th) beginning at 8.00pm for all who distribute the parish envelopes, those who collect them and for those who take up the basket collection at weekend Masses. We are grateful to all for their support and work.

The Ratoath Folk Group is putting on a concert in the Venue Theatre on the 3rd December at 7.30pm. Tickets are €20 and proceeds will go to Down Syndrome Ireland. This is a very worthy cause and we welcome your support on what promises to be a very enjoyable evening.

Christmas flower arranging Gala will be held on Monday 6th December in the GAA Clubhouse  in Ratoath starting at 8pm.  €10 per person.  Deirdre Cambell will be creating the flower displays.

 

Indoor Bowls Club: Starting in Dunshaughlin Pastoral Centre on 25th November at 8.00pm, and will continue every week on Thursday and Friday evenings from 8.00pm – 10.30pm. All welcome.
