Next week at the 7.00pm Saturday and 11.00am and 12.15pm Sunday Masses, we welcome the boys and girls of Second Class who are participating in the “Do This In Memory of Me”  as part of their preparing for their First Holy Communion. 
 
The parents committee who are assisting the “Do This In Memory of Me” programme will meet on Tuesday evening 9th November at 7.30pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre.
 
The Children’s Liturgy Committee will meet on Wednesday evening 10th November at 8.00pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre.
 
Parents who have children for baptism should attend the Baptismal Programme on this Wednesday evening 10th November at 8.00pm in the Parish Pastoral Centre.
 

Eucharistic Adoration every Wednesday from 10.00am to 10.00pm in the family room.

 

Taize prayer on Wednesday nights of November from 8.30pm to 9.30pm ending with night prayer. All are welcome.

 

Meath Diocesan Youth Group: Calling all young people aged between 18 and 35.  The Meath Diocesan Youth Group will be having a youth Holy Hour in St Mary's Church in Navan on Monday 8th November from 8pm until 9pm. This is for people who would like to delve deeper into their faith. Refreshments served afterwards. It is lead by young people for young people. People 4 People are a volunteer group based in Ratoath, we offer our time. Time to take you for a hospital appointment. Time for a chat or to take you to the post office or shopping. Time to lend you a hand when the new baby arrives. Call 086 0325795. This is not an emergence service.

 

The Ratoath Folk Group is putting on a concert in the Venue Theatre on the 3rd December at 7.30pm. Tickets are €20 and proceeds will go to Down Syndrome Ireland. This is a very worthy cause and we welcome your support on what promises to be a very enjoyable evening.

 
Aisling Group International would like to ask if you would like to host a "meet and greet " Coffee Morning on behalf of Aisling Group Intl. to raise funds to help provide counselling and support to families who are dealing with the negative effects of drug & alcohol abuse to gain back control of their lives by living a healthier lifestyle. Charity night at BlackBush Bridge Club on Monday November 8th  in BlackBush Golf Club at 7.30pm. Proceeds in aid of local branch of St Vincent de Paul. All welcome.

Lord, be gentle with them, for suffering undergone.

Please take home a list of the dead sheet and return the completed list to the box at the back of the Church as soon as possible.                                                                                       All our dead are remembered in our Masses during the month of November (The month of the Holy Souls) and on the First Friday Masses throughout the year.

 

Please pray for Jim Simpson (Elgerstown) and Fr. Gerry Stanley (retired P.P. of Rathkenny) and former curate in Ratoath from 1966-70 who died during the week. May they rest in peace.
