Eucharistic Adoration every Wednesday in the family room of the church from 10.00 am to 10.00pm.  All welcome.

 

Altar Servers We thank the boys and girls for their help throughout the year assisting at the Sunday Masses. Over the summer months they are free to serve at which ever Sunday Mass is convenient to them. We wish all the Altar Servers an enjoyable summer.

 

Loughcrew - Annual open air Mass in honour of St. Oliver Plunkett takes place this Sunday 4th July at 3.00 pm.  All are welcome.

The Order of St Camillus is marking their 75th year in Ireland this year. To celebrate this, the relic of the Heart of St. Camillus will be at St. Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan, Co Westmeath. It is only the third time this precious relic has left Italy. There will be Novena and Mass each evening at 7pm (Veneration from 4pm-9pm) from 11th to 14th July. On the Feast of St. Camillus, Wednesday 14th July, Bishop Smith with celebrate the Mass of St. Camillus at 7pm.
All are very welcome to come along.

The Irish College, Rome is running a new course specifically for lay people entitled “Return to the Source – rediscovering the meaning of our baptism”.  It will take place from 18 to 24 July and will be facilitated by Fr Michael Drumm (Diocese of Elphin; Executive Chairperson of Catholic Schools Partnership). Lectures, liturgies and visits to significant sites in Rome will combine to deepen an appreciation of the sacraments and a rediscovery of the meaning of baptism. FARM CAMP, Batterstown: Staffed by primary school teachers. The Daly Family of Tolka River Farm, Batterstown Co. Meath are running a FARM CAMP for 2 weeks in August. Be a Nature Detective, Feed the Animals their breakfast and lunch, from Farm to Fork -  learn where ice-cream comes from, Arts & Crafts, learn how to build a dam and camp fire, Sports & Traditional Games.
